How long will it take me to complete an M.Ed in Literacy at FHU?

Students can complete the program is as little as 15 months. However, the program is flexible enough to allow you to take it slower, take summers off, or take a break when needed!

I already have a master’s degree in education. Can I just get an endorsement from FHU?

Yes! For those that already have a master’s degree, we offer two separate endorsement areas: English as a Second Language and Reading Specialist. While the master’s program is 30 credit hours, the ESL endorsement is only 12 credit hours and the reading specialist endorsement is only 18 credit hours.
