Makin’ Music 2023
Makin’ Music is a live in-person event that lasts all weekend! This event is a FHU tradition with a weekend full of events and ways to make memories for a life-time. A full weekend schedule is listed below.
You may be a current student, faculty or staff member or a prospective student. This is a great way to get involved and/or learn more about FHU.

Weekend Schedule

Academic Resource Center/Starbucks – 8:00 a.m. – 8:00p.m.
FHU Bookstore – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Maroon & Gold Day
Take this opportunity to get a glimpse into college life at FHU. You will tour campus, learn about our academic programs, meet current students and faculty members, attend Chapel, enjoy lunch, and have all of your questions answered about life at Freed-Hardeman University! This event is designed for high school students (along with their parents), and college or university students that are considering a transfer. Each high school or college age student will need to register separately for this event. This is not your typical college preview day. This is Maroon & Gold Day and it is absolutely FREE!
This is also Makin’ Music weekend so be sure and reserve your tickets for the Friday evening show.
